Children's Information
Some of our programs (including Hifz, Islamic Education and Youth & Fitness) are for children, and registration forms may collect a child's name, age and relevant medical or emergency contact information from a parent or guardian. This information is used only for the safe and appropriate delivery of that program.
Third Parties & Payment Processors
Donations and ticket payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Information is stored securely and only accessed by authorised volunteers and committee members who need it to perform their role.
